A downloadable retro indie game for Windows and Linux

About the game

Inside The Anthill is an indie retro game. You are a tiny termite who is trying to get back it's grandma's teeth, which were stolen by the evil ants. Dodge and eat to get through the anthill,  so your grandma can chew wood again!

This game has been developed by 3 students from Multimedia Engineering, at University of Alicante: Alba, Javi and Miguel. The development lasted only for 7 weeks, and took part of our career's evaluation. This project has been created with the intention to be played in an Amstrad CPC 464, and its source code's been written in assembler and CPCTelera, with emulators like Winape and RVM.

This project is part of the CPCRetroDev 2021 contest in which they required a reference to “Rainbow Island” from Ocean Software. We included a Rainbow as the exit of every Level in our game making reference to “Rainbow Island”.
